By accessing this website, requesting project scoping proposals, or engaging Systrocode Technologies Private Limited (“Systrocode”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site, our customer dashboards, or utilizing our technical consulting resources.
2. Services & Scoping Blueprints
Systrocode provides professional digital product engineering, custom cloud architecture design, and database consultations. Our engagement model typically begins with a project scoping phase where we deliver technical blueprints, cost estimations, and architectural wireframes.
- Estimates & Statements of Work: Any technical blueprints or scoping documents provided on our platform are preliminary estimates. Precise requirements and milestones are defined in a mutually executed Statement of Work (SOW).
- Modifications to Scope: Alterations to project scope, architecture, or tech stack additions requested mid-phase will require an agreed amendment or fresh SOW.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Code Ownership
Unless explicitly agreed upon in a written contract or SOW, ownership of materials, source code, and design patterns is governed by the following provisions:
- Website Content: All proprietary design assets, UI layouts, graphics, copywriting, and code elements on the public domain `systrocode.com` are the intellectual property of Systrocode.
- Deliverables & Codebases: Upon full payment of all corresponding invoices, the custom software, frontend applications, and database schemas developed specifically for a client will be transferred to the client, subject to the retention of our background developer libraries and pre-existing code modules.
4. Client Obligations & Acceptable Use
When using our services or collaborating on our platforms, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for scoping technical architectures.
- Ensure all codebases, assets, or API access keys shared with Systrocode developers are fully authorized for such use and do not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
- Refrain from reverse-engineering, attempting to compromise site security, or introducing malicious code into our platforms or staging environments.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Systrocode, its directors, employees, or engineering partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses—resulting from:
- Your access to or inability to access our services or staging servers.
- Any third-party conduct or content on our services.
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your database telemetry.
All services, custom software builds, and architectural blueprints are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
6. Governing Law & Contact Information
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
